Ultimate Fresh Mexican Fast Food: Chipotle! 

When I first moved to California, one of the thing I absolutely loved was the Mexican food.
For some reason, Mexican cuisine is not as popular as other types of foods in Tokyo, where I was born and raised.
Which is really sad since those delicious salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole are really, perfect for low-carb diet.
Chipotle is my ultimate favorite fast food place to go to: they are fast, fresh and very generous on portions.

Good news! there’s only one rule to follow.

JUST AVOID CHIPS, TORTILLAS & RICE. That’s it!

As long as you keep this rule, you are pretty much good to go.
(and avoid any sweet drinks of course.)

For example, a order of one Burrito Bowl with: Carnitas, Salsa, Cheese, Guacamole, Sour Cream with bed of lettuce only has 5 g of carb and 690 calories. Yay! Your new best friend is Chipotle’s Burrito Bowl- I absolutely love them, such a nice “junk” food options when you are craving one.

Their transparency on nutrition information is excellent as well. You can just swing by at nearest Chipotle and pick up a brown piece of paper with nutrition facts on them, OR better yet go online now! Not only they have their nutrition fact detail in depth, but also they provide “Nutrition Calculator” where you can simply pick what you are going to order, and the calculator would tell you the detailed nutrition facts about your item choices.
